We moved into a house with a lot more ground floor rooms than we've had previously. The problem we have is we've resorted to just living in the rooms labelled kitchen, living room, garden room and don't use any of the other rooms such as dining room (doesn't have a table in it just an old settee), study has treadmill/exercise bike and tv lounge has old pool table set up.
Really want to make the most of rooms but feel it's a bit disjointed and don't want kids in separate rooms watching tv. Any ideas? Formal lounge perhaps? We do think we'd like a dedicated exercise space. We dont think we need a separate dining room (especially so dar frkm kitchen). My husband has his office upstairs. Thanks for any ideas.
