Need help choosing range colour, wall colour and tiles in kitchen
Comments (27)Update - alabaster painted oak units, oak worktop, (curved end units and worktop corners) belfast sink, 1100 stainless steel rangemaster porcelain large high gloss ivory 600x600 floor tiles, ivory grout - please see attached look book just still to decide on shade of sage on walls - deciding between F&B Mizzle, Vert De Terre, Ball Green and Cooking Apple Green... Also metro sub/way tiles on walls - whether to go for a sage tile or cream/white... The dining room area off the kitchen will have oak parquet floor which will follow through from hall and will also be in the lounge but Im thinking of following the wall colour in the kitchen through to the dining room for continuity and potentially painting the chimney brest or wall furthest away from and facing the kitchen a darker green complementary colour... Thoughts please...See MoreHelp - lighting for large rectangular table (single power outlet)
Comments (25)Thank you! Very clever. Hmm. I have no idea - ha ha! What are the white lights. I'm slightly concerned that the whites won't match. There are so many whites. The coppers might not match either. Could just do 5 mediums at different heights or 3 mediums and a few small - all in the striped. Not sure. They would be in a straight line as that's how the track is. What do you think might look best? My table would be going across the room and is bigger than that table so lights wouldn't be as close to the table. Do you think all stripes would be too much? Thanks for doing those ideas - really appreciate it....See MoreHidden canopy cooker hood - help!
Comments (14)Hi, Happy to have been of help! I have no personal experience with those 2 brands but thought it'd be wise to put a variety of price ranges so you could choose what suits your budget. If you are looking for a quality long term investment it may be worthwhile spending a little extra on the miele! With that said, sometimes the cheapest options are the quality ones (We purchased many high end electric showers with no luck but a more cheaper triton shower lasted for a good 5 years before we removed it to renovate). It may be worthwhile having a look through online reviews. All the best...See Morehelp please, rangecooker in handless schuller kitchen , what hood type
Comments (13)I had the same dilemma, I decided to go modern with my Rangemaster , I'm yet to see it fitted but don't think you have to go down the traditional route . Your range looks contemporary as well as traditional in my opinion...See More- 8 months ago
