I'd like some help with creative ideas to layout our bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor of our two bedroom terrace!
The bathroom sadly has to be on the ground floor for several reasons: we'd have to significantly lower our bedroom ceilings for a loft conversion, and we can only extend 3m on 1st floor (which we are doing to add a new bedroom).
Some things to consider:
1. We don't want bathroom to open out directly into living room or kitchen
2. A small bathroom is all good
3. Kitchen to be at the back opening out onto garden
4. We will do a side infill and likely 1.4m extension out the back meaning whole space is about 6m long and 4.4m wide.
There has to be a way but I haven't solved it yet! Thank you :-)
