I assume the plan you've posted is what you currently have? how about something like this (pic below) I've used a pocket door as the main door, which would go towards the toilet area, and a sliding door in the toilet area. Basically, I've put the toilet and bidet separately on the right, basins on the left, freestanding bath beneath the window and the walk in shower beyond the toilets The basins are drawn to be 0.6m wide. The length of the unit is 1.7m, width is 0.7m. The space between the wall (wall with main door) and unit is 0.5m. You could put a mirror there. The distance between the sink unit and separate toilet area is 0.8m Toilet area is 1.8m × 1.6m. There is 0.7m between the front of the toilet and the wall The shower is 1.8m × 1.2m, with a 0.4m shower seat along the length. The entrance to the shower is 0.7m There is a distance of 0.6m between the bathtub and basins. The bathtub is 1.7m × 0.8m

I think your plan sounds good and I would leave the downstairs toilet where it is. Once you have knocked through kitchen and dining room, have you considered having lovely double doors from the current dining bit to the lounge? Easy access in there will make it a more useable space, with better flow. You should be able to close them off to make the lounge cosy or formal however. Sliding pocket doors are good for this. I also would loose the conservatory as I dislike them. Make the garden access from the new kitchen diner instead of from the lounge. That will also improve flow to the garden - its not so convenient to walk in and out from the garden through your smart room, but having a patio opening off the kitchen encourages eating outdoors and flow. These ideas are fairly budget friendly as you don't have to move services which gets costly and messy. I'm sure there are other wow floor plans you could do, but it depends on your budget, as Man About the House says.

😂 I didn’t think envelope window sounded quite right! i can only see just over half of the sofa, is the other end against the wall? Is the sofa staying there?
