This project features a modern living room design with bespoke joinery and custom cabinetry. The space is defined by floating shelves and a TV unit crafted from warm oak veneer, bringing a refined, minimalist touch. The dark, textured walls provide contrast to the natural wood tones, creating a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere. The open shelving offers both functionality and style, enhancing the room's contemporary aesthetic while maintaining a harmonious balance of form and function.

L’élément central de cette salle à manger est sans aucun doute la bibliothèque, réalisée entièrement sur mesure en ébène de macassar. Ce bois brun foncé aux veines verticales marquées apporte à la pièce une véritable identité et ravive le style Art déco de l’appartement. La bibliothèque a été imaginée pour recouvrir l’ensemble de la surface du mur. Seule une partie de la hauteur a été conservée afin de créer un caisson sous le plafond et d’y intégrer très discrètement de la climatisation. De cette manière, la bibliothèque semble encastrée dans le mur et sa profondeur est moins perceptible. En ce qui concerne ses aménagements, le deuxième tiers vertical est laissé libre de tout rayonnage ou étagère afin de disposer une toile décorative. Cette astuce allège visuellement ce mobilier massif. Pour réaliser cet ouvrage d'agencement d'exception, nous avons fait appel à Xavier Gelineau, un ébéniste et artisan spécialisé dans le travail de l’ébène de macassar.
