STUDIO: I was considering something like this at the entrance of my studio for storage and an entrance up into the attic for studio prop storage. A pull out ladder will not be feasible. I have also considered doing a loft area over the master bath/closet and open into my studio but not sure how energy efficient that would be.

MASTER CLOSET: I would really like to have some doors to put things behind so they don't get dusty. The closet is also tall enough for the tall pull down racks like you had in the 2016 St. Jude Home.

MASTER BATH: Would like a fairly large medicine style cabinet by the toilet to store toiletries out of sight, but within reach.

KITCHEN: Bar stools, moulding, cabinets above main cabinets. But, I do not want any see-through glass on the cabinets. Maybe mimic the mesh again on the very top cabinets like the bench I saved for beside the fireplace.

FLOORING: I love the idea of adding the herringbone wood floor pattern to the hallway from the master to the kids area (and in front of the front door) to really emphasize that walkway.

MUD ROOM: Locker - Combine this with the other with mesh doors. Love both of these the best!

UTILITY: Bench and hidden storage like this (but, match the lockers in the mud room entry) in the utility room where Daniel enters so he can remove his boots and have a place to store his wallet, belt, change, phone (need plug-in), and hats when he comes in. I want the top portion to all be hidden behind doors or cubbies like this. I was thinking of doing something like this on that small wall right by the master closet entrance from utility. Door to studio from utility can be turned to open into the studio/against outside wall to alleviate traffic congestion.
