Could go more traditional with small tile flooring...too hard to clean?
Not a huge fan of the color of these cement tiles, but the idea is sound.
Decorative edging makes the transition make sense.
In a bathroom, but the edging makes the tile look like it's meant to be there.
Here they just switch materials...doesn't look so bad to me...
More beautiful tile might make a statement. Alternative to reflooring the entire house.
