this type of stair layout would allow us to have a hall closet next to stairs and have the stairs land in the front of the second floor, with more bedroom views to the back in stead of front of house
i love bookshelves in staircases but feels like its for a smaller house, also spiral not ideal. could be considered if stairs not directly by front door
shape, not color. would allow for closet or bathroom below stairs.
