Habermeier finds that removing interior walls and rearranging seldom-used rooms will improve a home’s flow and space. “This homeowner in Roselle wanted an addition to his home to make the space larger and more functional,” Habermeier says. “Instead, we supplied multiple options of new layouts that simply reconfigured his existing space.” By removing four interior walls and providing structural support, the Synergy team opened up the kitchen, dining room and living room to create a great room.
