Master Bath 2.0
Central focal tub, cabinetry on both sides, lots of natural lighting and the alternating tile pattern on the floor, nice tub too. -O.... I love the "cut-out" of the wall and how the design wraps the mirror...being able to sit an put my make-up on at such a beautiful counter space is a double plus too! - Natural lighting is a MUST. I do like that there are two separate counter spaces across from one another instead of side by side. Everything in this bath area is beautiful...the only thing I'm not seeing is a counter for applying make-up. The tub is gorgeous, if it can fit 3 people, the better. I like that the water source is not attached to the tub too. - The chandeliers are beautiful without being gaudy. J
Fantastic flooring - Not the concentric square pattern, but the alternation of contrasting colors. I like the tall tile on the wall and the paint color choice makes the lighter surfaces really stand out and shine. - O .... I do like the color contrast of the flooring. Natural lighting. Large tub. Looks like the water source is attached...not a fan and I do not like the tile running that high on the walls. - J
Super Clean looking! The casing work up top with all the crown seems too oversized, but the lowers, backsplash and up-pillar style cabinetry supporting the top look great. -O .... This is boring. The best feature in this restroom is the siting area for applying make-up. I would want multiple drawers or a drawer that opens from the top of the counter so i could hide my items away...maybe something that popped out accordion style... -J
Love the earth tones here with the woods. -O .... This feels like a bachelor's bath area, a boy's room or a men's room at a sauna...it's nice just not something I would like to see in my master bath area...maybe the sinks, maybe, but I do LOVE that the faucets are attached at the wall and not on the counter. -J
Awesome tile in the shower, great lighting fixture over the tub, nice tub and cabinetry. Tile floor is very nice but a feature detail in the center would seal the deal for me on this design. -O ... I like the overall concept but it doesn't all pull well together for me. I like the flooring...just not for a bath area. The tub is large but plain. The water source is great away from the tub. I like the tile in the shower as a feature just a different color choice..the grey's are underwhelming. I do like the cabinetry with the glass and wood mixture design. The natural light of course is a plus. -J
If we had the space, his would be awesome. Too Dark, but amazing design, love the stone pavers, unique tub, shower benches. O .... I LOVE the enclosed dual showers with benches inside. Tub is gargantuous so of course! Like the stone pavers although I worry about the slip element and I do like the smooth stones throughout .
Super Zen and Modern, crazy sink, awesome large stone wall detail, focal tub. -O .... I like the concept of the tub and shower area. i like being able to shower and clean first before soaking in a tub. I'm actually a big believer in shower first before soaking. I like that there is a feature wall in front of the tub and that the water looks like a "waterfall" when "falling" from the spout. I do like that there is a bench in the same area as well. Easy to sit and enjoy the sound of the water filling the tub before actually getting in. I would ideally like two shower heads , separated from the tub and a place to sit when showering and or waiting for my tub to fill.
Fantastic feel with the windows and the large stone tub. -O .... Tub looks huge, awesome. wall to floor windows in my bath area, yes please. separate shower before soaking, um, yes and yes. This reminds me of a Japanese hot spring. Not a huge fan of the colors for the bath area but the concept if nice. - J
I love the tile and the large toiletry nook. -O ... I like the sunken tub look with the wall nook...both are a must It feels cozy especially with the warm lighting above although I still prefer warm natural light! I do like the shower still separated from the tub. Doesn't have to be enclosed just separate...a bench would be nice for sitting under the shower.
I really like the cool, contrasting tones, floating cabinets, tile floor, pebble stone in the shower with the tub inside. This setup is like 80% there with some personal style notes filling in the remaining 20%, but this checks off a lot of what we're expecting to see. O ..... I like the floor, I like the large tub and the window above the tub. I like the cabinets are floating and the fixtures are coming out of the wall. I like the countertop basins. I prefer that my toilet is partitioned away from my sinks.
This has a nice feel, but a bit too cold. I like the multiple surface colors (Steel backsplash, white cabinets, carera style countertop - but the upright partition for the toilet looks like a different stone feature. O ..... I like the overall design, however I'd prefer my drawers be shorter and wider, more glitz in the knobs and the light fixtures. The undermount sink looks too much like a kitchen sink.
Cabinetry is too big for our space, but I like the symmetry, a central sitting area, his and her sides, focal central tub. Too 80's, but I like the dual vanities, the sitting area, the natural light from the large window and the amount of mirrors, but I don't like large square mirrors. I'd prefer rectangular mirrors with something design oriented above as opposed to being used to fill in empty space.
Not crazy about the color, but the stone floor, stone accent strip are nice. O....... I love that it has 3 shower heads. I like the wall inserts for toiletries. I like the towels are easily accessible right in the shower. I like the stone accent strip, but I'd prefer it be thinner. I don't mind the stones on the floor, but might prefer tile surrounding stone like within a rug border
I like the towel bar and shelving under each sink, sinks are also nice. The cabinetry to the ceiling is exactly what I'd like O ...... If we needed to create more storage space, then the under sink option here makes sense. However, I do not like the short width of the drawers in this bathroom. I prefer the drawers be longer in width and shorter in height
Great amount of light, horrible wall paper, but cabinetry on both sides with the central tub looks great. O .... I like this style of floor tile. I'd prefer a solid pane of glass as opposed to those that have the grid look. The chandelier and knobs could use a lot more bling. Love the dedicated vanity on the right side.
Kinda like the idea of a single large basin, but may create chaos (?) O ..... I would be ok with a long rectangular sink as an option if it helps create a better space in the restroom, but this shape is ugly and looks like a urinal.
This execution would not cut it for what we're wanting. O ..... This is what I do not want in my renovated bathroom.
Floating vanity with a bridge O ...... I do like that the counterspace is floating and that there is an 'option' for a center vanity here - I'd prefer the mirrors be the width of the counter and not broken up by empty space.
Utility Cabinetry on top of the counter, Not too oversized, against the corner, blends nicely O ....... For me, I like the utility cabinetry that creates more space on the counter without being too obtrusive. However, I would not use this concept if it eats too much of the counter space when building the vanity where I need to sit as well as accommodate his/her sinks
Patterned floor tile. O .... I could see the floor tiles as a floor accent creating a 'rug feature' in the overall tile design or creating some type of feature in the shower/tub area.

Very cool little garden Idea - don't like the idea of real dirt in my bathroom, but the earth tones are great with the green. O ...... This is too much Mad Men for me & I don't like broccoli in my bathroom.

I like that there is open space behind the tub for the shower. I originally wanted something along these lines, but may not work for the size of our space. O .... I do like the concept of the tub separated by a wall with the shower on the other side. However, I do like a sauna effect, so if we're going to do something like this, I'd still want the shower enclosed behind glass.
Tub in the shower (not the shape, just placement in the shower consept. O.... Tub is too thick. Wall looks like too much marble striation
I really like the sink. I think the wall and the room as a whole is too dark, but I like the textured look of the dark wall next to the smooth light stone wall (contrast). Some Green Natural elements too, blending well here. O ....I don't really like the design elements all together. I don't like this design.
Rain shower with tub inside Zen Rock Garden - Really like this, but the tub isn't pretty - I'd rather it be soft, rounded edges. O.... not really a fan of any of it.
the wall/ceiling design. I absolutely LOVE how the wall wraps around the mirror, the mirror overlay, and the ability to sit...i know there is a sink there but I would love something along these lines for applying make-up as well...
I love the terrarium feel here. -O ... I like the separation of the tub from the rest of the room. I guess that would give it more of a "sauna" feel when taking a hot bath...I do like that the water source is anchored away from the tub instead of attached to it. not digging the stones under the tub though. I do love that there is a "rest" area just beyond the glass. Not big on plants, only because I have the worst "green" thumb this, ever. -J
