wood siding? Maybe cedar to match the fence? something that would gray with age?

i like the vertical metal siding but I worry about how easy it is to repair from hail.

Maybe something this simple and smooth for the outside of the laundry room and "new" section of garage/studio. I'm curious as to what material it is and if the color is paintable?

I think the scale may be too big for my house but I like the contrast of exterior finishes. Maybe the horizontal siding (metal?) on the small bldg would work as a contrast with my existing? Or turned vertical? I also like the transition detail around the large open doors and how it relates to the outbldg.

Somehow this works! I like the vertical siding on the little jutting out section.
