Some kind of green 2x2 on the ground with darker forest green grout? For the smaller bathroom?

This is a good look for a smaller bathroom. This smaller wall tile (1x1) works well with larger dark tile on the ground. Smaller tile works in smaller bathroom with darker floors. Could we use this for all bathrooms?? This might be a good compromise. Is this 1in or 2in sq tile on the wall?
