I like the way the windows open over the sink
I like that the window does not have to be at eye level over the sink. I also like the full sized, solid island.
I like the hood and stove/range. I like the table like island with overhang for plenty of seating while still leaving plenty of work space
proximity of window to sink- an option if you cannot have a sink directly under the window
location of refrigerator with cabinets built around- overall layout of kitchen
window over sink and dishwasher to right/end cabinet
I like the book storage and having a place for someone to cozy up while I am cooking.
