i like this idea of a fireplace with windows on either side and access to outdoor living, definitely think it'd be cool for those doors to open into a 3 seasons room and for their to be a fireplace on both sides of that stone wall. it'd be cool to open those doors and have open transition between outdoor and indoor living, but with it being a 3 seasons room, it'd be screened in or something to keep out bugs and debris.

everything about this folly farm house is pretty great aside from where it gets a little rustic on the inside with the old barn wood on all the bathroom walls. i like the contrast of the exterior materials and i think the steel roof is a design element we're gravitating toward, but only if its practical in our climate and doesn't add significant cost.

This is pretty cool with the high ceiling open air above the kitchen and the windows. Tons of natural light.
