Looks like a super useable space. Cubbies on right for kids' stuff. LIke having the sink in the space. The tile is laid in a cool pattern too: I've never seen it laid that way.

I would LOVE to have our mudroom and laundry be this size...plenty of room for my sewing stuff and everything else...
