Door that opens by raising above - means you can access appliances inside and (assuming they are plugged in) you can use them while they are still sitting inside the cabinet while door is open, and the open door doesn’t swing out into the kitchen and cause a block of flow and traffic for everyone in the kitchen area.
Dual sliding barn doors into pantry. Maybe have a built is storage spot for a step stool within the pantry?

Leave appliances plugged in on 1st shelf, pull them out to use as needed.
Built in cabinets that allow for appliances (blender, cuisinart, etc) to be stored in cabinet and plugged in, and when use is desired, simply open up cabinet and pull appliance to front of counter. No plugging in required. And then close cabinets to store out of sign when not in use.

Space for counter top appliances where they are visible (ie on counter in pantry) but not our in the kitchen. Also love keeping pantry items in baskets. Much better than what we currently do, where stuff gets strewn around pantry and doesn’t maintain a sense of order
