WOW - this is awesome! How simple is the structure - very clean and crisp. architect and glass designer, Dan Winterich of Studio Winterich in the SF bay area. It is blasted on the underside with walnut shells to give it a courser texture than sand blasting. It gives a really nice "sparkly" effect while still having a smooth counter surface.
