Flooring
Entire main floor less breezeway done in stone tiles. 9” select white oak with “whitewash” stain and matte finish. Lighter than natural white oak and a matte finish that almost looks like dust. This is from what David said was a $1,00-/sf home in Colorado, but the target I want to use for main floors. Also referenced (by error?) as Euro White Oak oiled matte finish
Rafferty’s on Dutchmans lane flooring for entire basement less bar area. Correct color to blend and not fight with maple bowling lanes and reclaimed wood used elsewhere in basement. Note yellow tone from natural light
