Is this possible instead of a pony wall on the tub side? A: Your plumbing (wal-mount tub filler faucet) will likely have to come out of the pony wall, unless your GC can re-route to the exterior wall (the log wall behind tub) or do a floor-mount filler.

Floating bench A: Not that due to the layout of your bathroom, the bench will need to be in the Corner. You will need to chat with your GC during rough-in about internal support for a floating slab bench
