Funny enough, this is done by Excape designs. The low, stone wall could be a thought to create space under your deck. Paint columns white, frame them out, add low wall. Seating/lighting. Etc.

Personally, I like the alcohol bottle shelf with ‘steps’ for displaying bottles with lighting. Just a thought. Vs shelves.
