Large panels would probably be more modern & cheaper? Note, drywall has to be removed (messy!) cause I can’t give up any head space due to the loft. Would want wood with as little knot holes as possible. And, need to be able to replace wood around skylights should leaks occur (Which they are now and I have to resolve)
