Kitchen
Looking for a semi open layout which allows the cook to cook but be aware of what is happening in the rest of the house.
An Island that doesn't invite everyone to sit around it is ideal but the flexibility of using the island as a buffet makes the open layout justifiable.
Kitchen must vent outdoors! I fry, roast, sear - it gets smelly/smoky and I'd like all of it to leave the kitchen.
Lots of light!
Coffee station? We make coffee almost everyday.
I use many small appliances like a stand mixer, instant pot, slow cooker, etc, so outlets conveniently placed in both the island and near counters are ideal. Open shelving/no upper cabinets makes some of those standalone appliances easier to use.

Inrtersting combination of colors
I have always wanted to live in a greenhouse
hidden hood, proportions of the kitchen, the flowers, the vibe
Those floor tiles are goals
The walls are cabinets
vibes
balanced white and wood with accents carried throughout
dark floors, black and white
I like the focal piece backsplash, but don't like the random black cabinet
Interesting use of shelving headers
Commercial hood expands past the stove on both sides
while these ceilings are taller, the basic footprint is what I want for my kitchen
Interesting way to have a galley and an island
that island
interest without conflict
