In our kitchen remodel, the sink will be off centered on the kitchen window. Not ideal, but if I centered the sink on the window, I would have dead space and would not fit the new trash pull out. #smallkitchencompromises .

Anyways, such is life with a 9x9 kitchen. Now I am planning the lighting layout. We will do can lighting for main lighting, under cabinet lights, and I want to put a light on a separate switch above the sink/window. Since the sink is not centered, I wonder if I should do a can light, a semi-flush mount, or a mini pendant. If I do a pendant light centered above the window, will it just highlight the off-centered sink more? Here are some photos of the layout and a couple of pendant lights I am considering.

Info about the design: Cabinets are white shaker, we are doing a white shiplap backsplash, and white/gray marble-looking quartz counters.
