i like the hardware. not sure if this is too modern to go with our nearby rooms
Subway tile, would want slightly smaller rectangles
Corner seating? Would this be a better use of the space next to our breakfast nook to extend that way?

I don’t think our cabinets can go ceiling height. Can we do lighting above though? Stephen- likes long island, not stools.
