another idea re: tabletop extension (here from the island, but could be adapted to our configuration??)
cabinet over fridge and the tall cabinet next to fridge are nice. Maybe the look we can afford??
the cabinet next to oven space looks great. Overall cabinetry and handles are nice, too.

great cabinets and the color combo we are interested in--pale cabinets and dark countertop. I like the horizontal orientation of the woodgrain but I don't think I've seen this in the Kraftmaid cabinet options??
