Mudroom
Simple! Farmhouse like. Needs more hooks and length for coats. Storage is simple baskets on top--no building of compartments. Obviously, this mudroom would be one half of this size

This looks like like same amount of space as back wall of mudroom with the exception of the ceiling height. I like open bottom shelf, shelves on side, bench, bead board on back, hooks.

Simple! I like double hooks hung high and simplicity of bench. No shelves this option
