I like this floor. Also the baseboard and trim.

The color combination of the vanity, the white marble and the cement tile work well together. With these elements the white tile would work best. You could use the herringbone pattern you seem to like with the white tile, but would use that pattern in one spot (behind the vanity or the back of the shower) and then lay the rest them the traditional "subway" style.

There is a lot happening here. Thinking you are adding to show the herringbone on the back wall. As mentioned, I'd use herringbone in one spot in the bathroom.

You could use the grey with the blue vanity as well, but wouldn't use the cement tile if you used the grey. If you went with the "green" tile you could pair with white vanity, walnut vanity, or the proper gray vanity.

Love this shower, however, if you go this route, I would go with a wood clean/simple for the vanity, not the blue.
