I really LOVE the walls in this entryway. Is this board over drywall or in place of it? Depending on cost, I would love to incorporate this look into my entry and possibly a little higher than chair rail height thru the great room and breakfast walls. Possibly down the staircase and into the mud room area as well. If too costly, possibly just in entry?

Love the bead board on the walls. This trim is wider than standard but possibly not as wide as the other photo I shared with you, which might be a better choice regarding cost? I would like bead board in the first floor entry and in the office. This height is good as well

Going to plan on transoms above the french doors in breakfast room and front entry and possibly doors into the office area. Like this trim around these doors. Love the wider baseboard trim as well; going with all creamy white painted trim, just not sure if I can put it in entire house due to cost increase.
