we redid our kitchen in Santa Fe. Our renter is a designer and she did this one. I really loved the feel of it. The counters are a sort of toffee/caramel color and the cabinets are slightly off white. I don't think I want stark white cabinets, but I would consider an offwhite or beige. I also loved the subway tile all the way up the wall as a backsplash.
