Like large walk in pantry where you can make your coffee, keep toaster for making toast and electric can opener. need a bakers rack in pantry for supplies, bulbs, paper towels, TP etc. and of course shelf space for canned goos etc.

my kitchen in Denver. Most ideas were mine except for cabinets and granite. Those were the builders doing, I had no choice in the matter about that. Karen was there for me to bounce my ideas off of. Really like her as a friend but would not use her again
Nice mud room, too small? Like our mudroom at Grouse House. We have lots of coats, boots, gloves, hunting stuff and 3 dogs. Need plenty of space for all of this and storage for;, dog food, dog meds. dog toys and treats, dog beds, dog bowls and need space for dog eating Station, towels, a sweeper Etc. etc.. Like mud room at grouse house just needs to be a bit wider.
Like all the chairs at island and they look comfortable
