Anyone looking into Western Windows needing help/advice - feel free to message me. We ended up going with them for our house and saved a decent chunk of change compared to the competition. Quality is good, but there's definitely better. And dealing with the company themselves (+ distributor) was not a fun experience (e.g., their website has information errors compared to PDF brochures, was tough to get certain answers on things, took 3 months for a replacement window sash). Overall I think they offer great value if you are prepared for and can live with certain caveats.
