Can we cantilever roof out that far?
Like the stone a lot (Patrick). Plinth above doorway
Southerland company. Interesting outdoor furniture
Company maybe steel framed windows and doors
Weight of frames is nice. Not necessarily the divided lights part but look around the door.
Lighting is cool
Exterior hard scape like the sunken conversation pit and creation of side wall for pool
Windows and exterior overhang transitioning to interior. Like the light weight feel of mullions
Idea of covered walkway from guest parking
Integration of Firepit into hard scape. Like chairs too.
Love the rug.
We are still trying to figure out our solution for outdoor living. Struggling a little with the current solution as it doesn’t feel outdoor enough nor indoor enough. Just sharing this for now… will think about this over the week
Great pantry inspiration for back kitchen. Efficient use of space. Sink(s). 2 Dishwashers. Pantry. Refrigerator/ Freezer. PO- smaller than we’ve talked about but rethinking how to use the space. I think it’s great especially to grab back some sq/Ft.
Indoor/ outdoor
I like the treatment of the wall
The treatment of the shower drain is really cool... haven't talked about it with H yet....
Size of Office we are thinking about....
Pool house
Like the art as part of structure and defining spaces
Cool minimalist
Tree through roof is super cool.
If we have a consistent Architectural element… and it is stone. We like this color / style. More contemporary
Agree with H. Stone wall(s) could be the red thread we talked about running inside and out the house to have an anchoring design element statement. I would have stopped the stone above and not run it horizontally.....
Really like the depth of this overhang
Love the vibe of this room and really wondering about the ceiling material.... adds texture to what would be a large flat surface
Example of ample parking really accessible to the front entry
not a consideration for materials (I don't think)... but I like the shape of this fireplace angling in and up off the floor with build in shelf seating
Depending on where we end up with the front kitchen, could be a cool configuration to consider. Super efficient
concept of mud room/ stuff room transition between garage and back kitchen
Love the dining/ bar combination
Similar pool shape we would like to consider
Like the scale of this bedroom for guest BR's. Smaller, cozy and efficient.
I could see something like this as en entry to master
B; I love the colors here
