Locker - raise desk height and cabinets
LL - create half wall/bar between game room and movie room; move wall forward towards screen (widen game room); lower floor or raise ceiling; bar cabinet on shared wall; remove curved bar
Bathroom - add small saune; shrink vanity and storage cabinet
