Not on my life would I take the clothes I iron to the dry cleaners I actually want my clothes to be clean not done with other peoples stuff and I like freshly ironed clothing . I think granite would work with a pad but honestly a pullout ironing board is so much better especially for sleeves and shoulders of blouses. BTW I iron sheets, tea towels, napkins ,table cloths and placemats.In my dream life I would have freshly ironed sheets every day.
