I like this in its orientation, access to fridge from main work area, range and feature hood area on the side, not the back. Not necessarily a saved items for materials but I do like the warm wood beam

I like elements- like proximity to eat in area, but the whole thing is congested and the corner is tight , don’t like a hallway going thru your space to get to fridge
