Tiny Victorian cottage -small bathroom is about 7 1/2’ x 4 1/2’
Has a 30” x 52” tub
Two small rollout windows on wall opposite the doorway with part on one in tub area
Only 30” space next to doorway on tub wall
Has a small pedestal sink next to potty on opposite tub wall
Needs new lighting and flooring
Main concern is a tub surround. There is no insulation on that wall due age of the house
