HTB- Open FP1

I love the open floor plan and the flow of everything. Would do something more with the kitchen area. Run wood floors into living room also. Not crazy about the exterior. Two stories. Not sure how the upstairs is layed out. Would want a mudroom, WC, master bedroom w/bath, and at least 2 other bedrooms. Rec room needed in basement also.
