Lisalane, every plan I've entertained has only had drapery panels on the outside of the windows, due to limited space. It is a look I like.
Not sure drape will work with my current favorite. Sometimes they are called zebra shades. Hunter Douglas Silhouettes. I'm so glad to have a company to call due to recommendation from a neighbor, and I look forward to an opinion on their use for sliders.
