If you read the Medieval Floors discussion thread you can see someone people discussed about Gaia Flooring as well. It seems Gaia Flooring recently took down all their 400 or 500 discussions & reviews from Houzz due to too many negative reviews and comments on there.
To my understanding, these are the differences between the Gaia Flooring Black Series & Medieval Floors Super SPC Collection: (someone please fix if I get it wrong)
1. Gaia Flooring Black Series has a lvt layer (plastic layer) before the stone, therefore, it's making the floor a little warmer on the feet than the Medieval Floors Super SPC Collection as it doesn't have that layer (but it's very hard to feel the different). However, due to it being with less stones inside the core, the Black Series is lighter than the Super SPC Collection, more prone to bending if to compare between the two.
2. Gaia Flooring Black Series is about 11 inches longer than the Medieval Floors Super SPC Collection.
3. Medieval Floors Super SPC is 30mil wear layer; Gaia Flooring Black Series is 20mil wear layer.
4. Gaia Flooring Black Series comes with 1.5mm underlayment; Medieval Floors comes with 2mm.
5. Gaia Flooring Black Series locking system also different from the Medieval Floors.
6. Gaia Flooring Black Series comes with lots of textures and grains where some people think it's hard to clean while the Medieval Floors Super SPC Collection comes with lesser textures to minimize dirts trapped into the textures of wood grains on the planks.
