Here are a few ideas that I think look nice. I put some lighter colored granite in here as well just to give you more ideas. I know that darker granites tend to show more fingerprints so I just want to give you a heads up there. Let me know what you think of these and get back with me…I will keep looking.

I love this whole look. Honed granite, slate backsplash with cabinet color.

This is a soapstone backsplash with uba tuba granite (not honed). But I like the look together. I also like the slate with it.
