CDD. most of the pictures in Houzz seem to have character with nice furniture, built in dish washer, white tile, large windows, etc.

We like the same kind of stove with burners on top and casing to hide fan and built in fridge and lit cabinets above regular cabinets and nice colour quartz and tile, plus dark floor and dark hard wood block and drawers in island.

white cabinets, windows that are clear on bottom and pane on top, but also a separate room with windows on all sides (uses up space on large lot), then another room to the left. We are not restricted by lot size and don't need to make a box on a box.
