this is just cool. don't care for the red, but it is a fun splash of color. modern but not cold feeling.
really love the sky window. love the clean lines. it's modern but not cold feeling.
like these clean lines, and I feel like this island has some functionality to it, with book storage, a sink, and seating areas. not too fat, kinda cool that it is long.
like the simpleness, clean lines. clean feeling.
like the placement of things, with the two doors on each side of the wall.
pretty colors, wood, mixed with lighter accents, not a sea of white.
really like the warm feeling of the wood color.
cool spacing and views of kitchen, nook, to great room.
pretty use of gray and wood.

They were walking around with tape measures trying to figure out how to make the awkward L-shaped kitchen and dining room work when Crestin pitched the idea of flip-flopping the two. With the kitchen moved into the dining room, suddenly they had the opportunity to bring more natural light into the dining area by adding windows where kitchen cabinets and a refrigerator used to be. Above, the kitchen area now features one wall of cabinets and appliances to the right and a center island to the left.
