built in table--like how table & counter are at same height, but height could be table height--want a TV on shelving/cab wall. Make table squarish so that have 2 chairs on ea of 3 sides.

This is the concept for our table. Differences: no storage below table (standard table construction), table top to connect to/integrate with wood countertop, cabs below counter ~22" deep, combo of shelves & cabs above counter ~10"deep.

Want to attach our table to wall of cabs, drawers, & shelves. Wood table top should match wood countertop elsewhere, & be similar to tone of floor. Wouldn't put storage below table, but our cabs & shelves would extend from French door wall to entry to hallway --> bottom cabs below wooden countertop (connecting to tabletop) with shelves & top cabs & drawers above (TV in cab in middle of table). Unlike here, want table top to connect to countertop & countertop to run along cab/shelves wall; cabs could be hutch style or start above countertop.

Ooooooooo, could do a dining setup like this. Would make some top cabs book shelves. Seating is best of both a booth & chairs. Would make booth section fully upholstered to be comfy. Put TV where pic is. Run table perpendicular to bathroom wall. Love how bar/storage units beside it would tie to kitchen.

Could do a small 4-person table like this connected to island & a small 4-person booth built perpendicular to wall. Booth seats could incorporate storage. table could be at counter height or at standard table height

We could start where our TV is now, angle 4' of counter at 45*, then attach a circular table like this on the end (soapstone countertop with wood circle & wood counter by fridge & poss range wall). Then put a full wall of cabs & shelves on bathroom wall. Could put TV on wall where it is now. Probs THE most efficient use of space.

having table in middle of kitchen seems to be popular. This is a more elegant look than having a table attach to an island or wall of cabs.

Should we put a section of glass fronted cab like this one above our dining table? Do we have anything that we'd like to display in the kitchen? If so, should it be lit inside?

Would we want a drink cooler by eating area? It really belongs in the kitchen more than the laundry. Could keep the fridge in the laundry as spillover space for entertaining or having guests.

If put TV above eating area, but open like this (could be among shelves), could hide it like we did at SC. Or could build it in to cabs or put on a shelf.

Could add a sink/wet bar to eating area. Really the only spot for a 2nd sink if don't have island.

Nice bulletin board & dry erase board & filing deal. Could we do something like this in eating area? Could do a cab divided vertically so that outer door swings left, an inner "door" swings right & filing thing is on back wall of cab.
