I like this because of that small footprint. I think it folds up word, clicks into place, and the legs fit straight down. This would be terrific in my tiny dining room.

The wood used on the walls. I really like the horizontal facing on the walls. It's warm but not overwhelming. The wood is light but variable.

Ceiling (I like the beams that are not so rustic and the ceiling laid in slats), windows (I like mullioned windows), and they simple way the table is set.

The configuration is similar to my situation, with a door close to a corner. I like a pedestal table, to keep from banging legs and knees getting in and out. But I don't like this one. The suggestion is to get a base and have a top built for it.

The seat back is wonderful. It could be a focal point in a small room.

The windows seem lower than the back on the banquette. That is the same problem I have;the bottom edge of the window is low.

It's small and bright. The table pedestal (whatever it is) looks to be centered enough to not bang knees.
