Layout of kitchen, eating, family room is great!! Would change the island height to a counter top height. Want a seating area for 3 chairs.
Second favorite master bedroom. Size is good, maybe a tad bigger. Replace porch doors with windows.
Love the placement of the fireplace, the different sized windows (large windows instead of porch), Would like a small sitting area like this to read my Bible in the morning.
Love this pantry. Dont need a window, but would like an area with outlets where I could keep a mixer, blender instead of on the kitchen counter.
Side entry. Like the dutch door with arched hall entrance. Ideal would be horizontal, white wood panel wall on one side, brick on other. Wood floor or rustic brick. Would like a dry wall ceiling.
I like the half wall to break up the dining area from the living area. Would like if beam was arched, not square. Like the layout of kitchen next to dining area.
Family room layout. Love the fireplace with book shelves on the side. One wood wall. Would want the TV above the fireplace. Simple ceiling with crown molding. I like the seating bench area.

Layout of living room and kitchen. Like the openness, hard wood floors, amount of windows, & doors. Would like the beam opening between to be an arch.
