The more I think about the kitchen, the clearer it becomes. I think I should also make sure to get a little counter space to the left of the oven like D. Mike suggested. In general, I don't want things to have extras or look fussy or busy. Calm, simple and spacious is what I'm after. But not too cold, sleek or Milan-like.
