Classic use of white tile, beige floor and band of colour. This would be good for the Jack and Jill bath - it speaks - kid friendly yet can be updated easy to become young adult.

Like the shower base with pebble like surface. Also the white tiles broken up with a beige bank. Keeps it neutral but add a dimension with the white and beige.

Like this toilet. Also the shower boarder is only 4" wide according to the architect Mark Brand Architecture who worked with the builder to minimize the size.
I like the built in cubby holes with tiling - This could work inside the shower for our remodel.
Not sure how these wall mounted toilets work. They would definitely save space!

Like the use of glass as a shower wall without a curtain. Also like the light onto the full length mirror for private bath off Bedroom #3.
Again this is the shape of the private bath in bedroom #3. I really like the idea of tiling the ceiling as the ventilation in that room is less than ideal. A new fan system needs to be put in as well.
This shower is similar to the space in Bedroom #3 private bath. The frameless glass would really update the space. I would put a towel bar on the door. The built in space for shampoos would be great. Also like the idea of open shelf below the sink or the use of a pedestal sink.
Like the streamlined look of this bathroom. The hotel towel bar is very cool and the lights too. Small tiles in the shower floor are great for nonslip safety. Use of glass to open space is good too.
Really like the idea of walking into the shower on the same level for the Jack and Jill bathroom between bedroom #1 and #2. Also like the smaller tiles in the walking area for safety reasons. The large tiles for the walls are a great idea to keep cleaning easy. Great built in for shampoos and soaps.
Love the neutral colouring and use of glass. Also the built in storage doesn't need to be deep but would be very useful. This look would work well for the smallest bathroom once it is opened up. Bedroom #3 with private bath.
Towel hook inside shower area is a good idea. Also like the built in shelving in the shower and outside by the toilet. Not liking the tub. Just a shower would work better with no lip to walk in….
