Need laundry room large enough for arts closet to be in same room (or close). Since he is mechanic, he has lots of laundry.... Maybe design so Vena doesn't have to trip over his dirty laundry or be "in" his closet when doing her laundry :)

Like all the counter area to fold clothes. Don't really need sink or sitting stool. Would like area for laundry baskets (Art seems to use several for different types of laundry). Also would like rod for hanging clothes when they come out of dryer.
