I love the bead board in this on the back wall. It ties the laudry room in a bit.. and i just think its really nice. would like to look at that at least on the top (exposed areas).

this is similar in style to what we want for the countertop (ish) area and shelves above and below. I dont like these cabinets, want real wood shelves on top but depending on what we do for the cabinet nook, the lower ones are flexible...

I want the wood shelves to have something on the edge if possible.. curved (not fancy or pricy) but something if you have an idea like this. Also want to make sure we stay away from shelves with hole adjustments. Unless you feel strong otherwise.. i just really dont like that look unless its inside a cabinet.
