Overdale Kitchen

New house. Beautiful older house with small kitchen, 9x13. A wall separates the kitchen from the 12x13 dining room. This wall will be removed to open up the space and an island/bar will be placed between the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen space will still be small at 9x13 but the island adds much needed counter and seating space.
